i have got a roll of material from hp and when i use the profile given for it, it still doesn't seem fully dry, i spoke to hp who gave me a new profile but its still not right, mainly blacks and dark colors are not fully dry, anyone got a profile that works for this material???
I'm having issues with my ink not curing on the left side of the printer if you are facing it. This problem occurs when doing banners and backlighted films. I can adjust my temps to fix the issue, but wondered why it does not cure evenly. It is always dark colors and on the left side of the print. Could my curing elements be bad?
